We have partnered with our friends at Eater to host a series of live talks in our One Hundred Room. Join us on Tuesday 6 December from 6pm for a discussion on the hot topic of London restaurants and hospitality in the post-Covid era.

Over three years since Eater London's last live event, the panel discussion will be hosted by Eater London editor Adam Coghlan in conversation with Missy Flynn of Rita'sViewpoint Partners' Hussein Ahmad, Michelle Salazar de la Rocha, founder of Sonora Taqueria, John Devitt, co-founder of Koya and Joké Bakare from ChishuruThe panel will discuss the last two and half years — a time of unprecedented crisis — through the experiences of those at the heart of the London restaurant industry. It will also cover the uncertainty and instability caused by the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the realities of Brexit from supply chains to staffing, through times of political and economic instability to right now, as London restaurants are forced to wrestle with soaring energy bills, rising prices across the board and volatile demand.

Doors open at 6pm, when you can join us for a welcome drink before the talk starts at 6.30pm.

Experience was ok, but not really worth the money. Very slow to take orders and then tried to cut out drinking time down by saying time had run out, but we had to point out it took 30 mins to get served out of a 1.5hr time slot! Food was ok, not excellent. Confusion from management and waiter around whether we could have a cocktail and prosecco (which added to the delay). They said could only stick to one drink, which didnt really make sense given one of my friends could have ordered cocktails and we rotated our options! Venue/ rooftop great and good entertainment but the brunch was a bit underwhelming and not worth the money.
