The Oblique Life and Life Collective present Urban Life, an immersive exhibition to experience 3 artistic disciplines (fashion, music & visual art) under 1 roof and how they influence our perception of “Urban Life”.
To really engage with the different experiences we have partnered with some of the leading urban and contemporary fashion brands, created an interactive visual and audible art installation and will have London DJs playing urban music throughout the exhibition.
‘Urban Life’ is a three-day exhibition starting on Friday 28th July and running until Sunday 30th July.
Urban Life (Friday 28th July - Sunday 30th July, Entry Price: £5)
- ‘SHOP TILL YOU DROP’: A pop up shop showcasing some of the coolest contemporary and urban fashion brands, including: Agi & Sam, ADYN, Noir Noir, Philipp Plein, Neil Barrett, Rick Owens, DRKSHDW and more…. All up to 60% off
- ‘SYNAESTHESIA': Through a combination of visual projections, lasers, 3D holograms, illustrations and music, multimedia visual artist Nas Abraham and multidisciplinary visual artist and Psychonaut Jose Montemayor will be creating interactive installation on how a ‘synesthete’ views the world.
- ‘DID SOMEONE SAY BBQ': We want to make this exhibition a place where people can hang out all day. We have therefore set up a delicious BBQ running all day so our guests can really make the most of the space.
It will be a super exhibition, but we are not stopping there and will have 2 extra events happening around the exhibition for those that want to go party a little or get involved in a more focussed discussion.
Friday Night in the Mix (Friday 28th July, Tickets: £10)
- No event is complete without a good party we have decided to host a very special party on the opening night where we celebrate Urban music and its role in ‘Urban Life’. The line up is still being finalised but we can assure there will be tunes and great DJs all playing through one of the best sound systems in London.
The Art Conference (Saturday 30th July, Tickets: £10)
- TAC acts as a meeting point for the creative community, to encourage dialogue, critical reflection and inspire immediate action. They will be taking over the basement and discussing ‘How Visual Art has had a profound impact on the fashion industry’. A great place to interact with industry leaders and hear what other creatives are saying.
There is also a special ticket 'Full Experience Pass' (£20) that gives access to all three of the above.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
