FAQ Section
What time should I get there? Doors will be at
7pm with the main show starting at 8.15pm. Please arrive as early
as possible as we'll be starting the game promptly at
8.15!
Will there be seats available? We'll have a limited
amount of unreserved seating available on a first come first serve
basis - we advise arriving early to have the best chance to claim
your spot.
How do I play? Simply turn up on
the night armed with your (charged) smart phone as your controller
and follow the instructions when you arrive.
Are there prizes for dressing up? Absolutely! We'll
be holding a halftime cosplay competition (video game themed of
course) with prizes available for the most impressive
costumes!
Will there be other games to play? We'll have some
free-to-play oldschool arcade games available before the show
starts for those who want to get even more nostalgic
Will there be food
available? 100%,
we have our own kitchen which will run until 10pm and even better -
you'll have 20% off if you order before
8pm.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
