It's 1872. The Suez Canal has just been completed. A magnificent theft has relieved the Bank of England £55,000.

This February, escape the dreary London winter by adventuring across the globe with The Literary Hour.

Starting in Phileas Fogg’s favourite haunt – The Reform Club - diners will embark on a gastronomical race around the globe. Buckle up, lift off and don’t miss the boat for this five-course dining experience with culinary surprises smuggled in along the way. You’ll dine on the finest dishes and curious tipples throughout the evening. Expect lip-smacking tastes as you hustle through Hong Kong’s hawker markets, heady delights in bustling Bombay back street cafes and sumptuous Japanese treats as you race around the globe.

After sell-out successes that have delighted diners with a Feast in Narnia, disgusted them with Dr. Lecter’s brain fritters, and whisked them away to the riverbank with The Wind In The Willows, The Literary Hour are back with their ninth chapter in a top secret (zone 2) location.

Expect a 5 course dining experience & welcome cocktail in a magical, relaxed setting and additional culinary surprises throughout the night.
