Trailer Happiness — The legendary Notting Hill tiki bar brings
their signature tropical flair and creative cocktail expertise to
Rhum Tavern. Known for their playful yet precise approach to rum
cocktails, Trailer Happiness will craft a bespoke Santa Teresa
cocktail menu that celebrates the rum's rich Venezuelan
heritage.
ABOUT THE VENUE:
Rhum Tavern is a pirate-themed cocktail bar in Fitzrovia boasting
one of the largest rum collections in London with over 400
expressions. Styled in the form of a 17th-century ship's hull from
the golden age of piracy, the immersive space features
floor-to-ceiling timber interiors, a resin bar cast with gold
doubloons, flickering candlelight, and custom glassware including
hollowed-out skulls. Helmed by industry veteran Gabriel De Vere,
whose work at Sketch and Mr Fogg's has earned him acclaim, Rhum
Tavern is located just north of Oxford Circus on Margaret
Street.

Santa Teresa is Venezuela's oldest rum distillery, founded in 1796
at Hacienda Santa Teresa in the Aragua Valley. Their signature 1796
expression is crafted using the traditional Solera method, blending

smoothness. Each bottle represents over two centuries of family
tradition, expert craftsmanship, and dedication to producing
world-class Venezuelan rum.

Trailer Happiness is one of London's most beloved tiki bars,
located in Notting Hill. Known for their creative tropical
cocktails, vintage tiki aesthetic, and expert knowledge of rum,
they've built a cult following among rum enthusiasts and cocktail
lovers. Their signature style blends classic tiki traditions with
modern mixology innovation.
The masterclass runs 5:15pm-6:00pm (45 minutes), then the
Trailer Happiness takeover begins at 7pm and goes late into the
evening.
