Putney Gin Club at the Star & Garter is an institution , and our monthly Gin tastings have taken on legendary status.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about Gin, with an expert on hand to guide you through the history, the flavours and the perfect serve.
Half Hitch Gin is produced in the former warehouse vaults of Camden Lock, and is made using a gin base that is blended with tinctures of black tea, hay, English wood and bergamot.
Enjoy a double Gin and Tonic on arrival with Half Hitch's perfect pour. The Half Hitch ambassador will guide you through the history, give you a taster of the gin and help you to understand what tonics and garnishes will go best with it. At the end of the class you will be able to create your perfect serve, that you can then enjoy - anywhere!
When you've become a Gin expert, head upstairs to the Main Bar where the fun continues and order yourself a 2 for 1 G&T, from our range of over 50 gins!
