Widow Jane
A wonderful bourbon from Brooklyn, Widow Jane is made using spring water from a limestone quarry. In fact, the rock used to build the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge was came from it!
The Single Barrel Bourbon, aged 10 years in American Oak carries the aromas of butter, cream and toffee, the tastes of honey and cherry wood, with a finish of charred oak, orange peel and spice.
will take you through the bourbon and we’ll enjoy a couple of signature cocktails made from it!
Balcones
Gareth (Woffy) Waughington will take you through the history of this award-winning craft distillery while you taste its produce. In true Texas fashion, the Balcones team built most of their distilling equipment themselves allowing them unmatched freedom to create their unique range.
The UK brand ambassadors, Emma Sprackling, and Gareth (Woffy) Waughington will be hosting the tasting, talking you through the whiskeys.
