May Fair Bar is a natural meeting point for hotel guests, local after-workers and passers-by, becoming a lively and buzzing spot for drinks and small plates from early evening onwards. With weekend DJs complementing the vibe, discover how mixologists shake, stir and pour award-winning cocktails that balance the classic and the contemporary, using fresh herbs and homemade ingredients. Try The Stratton Street G&T or the Cognac Royale, a signature cocktail that blends Courvoisier VSOP, lime juice, fresh grapes, chestnut syrup, Pinot Noir and Moët & Chandon Brut.
But May Fair Bar is more than just a night-time destination. Earlier on in the day, it’s a relaxing and calm place for a morning meeting, a coffee catch-up with friends or a spot for personal reflection. Patrons can choose from freshly-prepared breakfast options, such as the indulgent toasted lobster bagel or the signature cinnamon French toast, alongside healthy and energising juices and smoothies. At brunch, the chefs and bartenders prepare Bloody Marys and hot dishes like robata-grilled lamb cutlets, Wagyu sliders and wild mushroom risotto for the midday crowd.
May Fair Bar also plays host to special events and happenings. When attending one of the popular cocktail masterclasses, guests learn tricks and techniques from the bar’s experienced mixologists, whilst also enjoying three cocktails, a selection of canapés and an optional dinner.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
