A night of character & sketch comedy from two of London's hottest new acts in a brand new underground party venue at the heart of the city.

Deadbeat character comedian Brendan Murphy ("Brilliant and hilarious" - The Guardian) & alternative sketch duo EGG ("Comedy champions" - Three Weeks) come together for an evening of fast-paced surreal fun as they try out their brand new shows ahead of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, all taking place in a stunning modernist take on a traditional Bavarian Bierkeller, right in the heart of Borough Market.

A stupid, surreal, one­-man Sesame Street – preposterous tales from a forgotten cloakroom. The sequel to Brendan Murphy's "incredibly engaging" (★★★★ The Skinny) 2015 debut, BAGMAN. The deadbeat character comedian returns with his "truly unique" (★★★★ ThreeWeeks), "absurd, bag-themed cabaret" (★★★★ EdFringeReview) directed by Hamish MacDougall - director of Joseph Morpurgo's award-winning 'Soothing Sounds For Baby' (2015) and Abandoman's 'Life + Rhymes' (2016).

Anna and Emily. According to their acting CVs, they're pretty damn qualified to write a flawless sketch show... so they have. In Static, Anna and Emily shamelessly display their many, many top acting skills to any important industry types via the medium of sketch. As well as a masterclass in top acting, expect to see 100 percent funny sketches. Funny Women finalist Emily Lloyd Saini, ‘carries it brilliantly’ (Leicester Mercury), and BattleActs improv veteran Anna Leong Brophy, ‘total conviction’ (Guardian), have joined forces to bring you a brilliantly carried, totally convictioned sketch show.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons.
