We will be welcoming you with a glass of Searcys Selected Cuvée Brut, and introduce you to the origin and history of Champagne. In May we are celebrating English Sparkling Wines with our 'Made in Britain' trio and will be tasting each of the below bubbles alongside expertly paired sharing plates for £45 per person:
