They're already leading the UK's wine industry and now Chapel Down have turned their attention to gin. Leaving behind their Kent home, Chapel Down has set up shop in a slick waterside spot in King's Cross, with views over the canal, an outdoor terrace, and an onsite still.
Chapel Down Gin Works is open seven days a week, from 12pm, and along with plenty of G&Ts crafted using the brand's Bacchus Gin, there are plans for gin tasting experiences and blending workshops. It's not all about juniper; the new space will have a restaurant which serves British seasonal plates, along with the wine that first made them famous.
