We only went to see the gardens but as we were in a marquee, you couldn't see them at all. I understand the logic as it is December, but it was disappointing. Also, it didn't feel very christmassy, some more fairy lights would have been nice perhaps. Sarah visited The Roof Gardens on 07 Nov 2016

Such a lovely experience. Plentiful food, reasonably priced champagne, gorgeous surroundings and really friendly service. Would definitely recommend - I thought it was very good value for money and I suspect I will be doing it again some time. ClaireR visited The Roof Gardens on 15 Jun 2016

Had a fantastic time, Food plentiful and nothing too much trouble for the staff even to the extent of ensuring that you were warm and offering blankets and patio heaters if you were feeling cold. Lesley visited The Roof Gardens on 29 Jun 2016

Wow. Had such a lovely afternoon in such beautiful surroundings. It was so relaxing and we didn't feel rushed. Both the veg and non veg selections of food available were delicious.. We were lucky it was a nice sunny day which made the day all the more perfect. I would definitely come back at some other time!! Usha visited The Roof Gardens on 07 Sep 2016

Beautiful cream tea (particularly the Parma ham and cheese "toastie", the Pimms jelly and the fruit pavlova), but service was a bit hit and miss - missing cutlery, 1st tea order forgotten, only 1 scone each (until we questioned it, an then got 6 more, piping hot!). Lovely setting - just a shame no-one stopped general visitors wandering past the barriers to get to the flamingos. And the icing on the cake? A visit from a mother duck and her 6 tiny ducklings who wandered under our table and over my feet!! Mary visited The Roof Gardens on 13 Apr 2016
