NEGRONI, MARMALADE & DESSERT MASTERCLASS
In line with 2018's Negroni week, cocktail connoisseurs Bourne & Hollingsworth invite you to join them for a mouth-watering masterclass with a kick.
Taking place in B&H Kitchen, a gorgeous light and plant filled space nestled above B&H Buildings in Clerkenwell, you will be greeted with a delicious spritz before popping on your apron and getting to know your hosts for the evening.
Chef Anthony will then talk you through how to make your own marmalade, flavoured with Tanqueray Sevilla Gin. You'll batch your own to take home and then turn your hand to learning how to master the art of the negroni.
Lastly, whilst sipping on your delightful creation, you'll use the marmalade to make a delicious dessert.
Tickets are priced at £40, which includes two cocktails, a masterclass, dessert and a jar of delicious marmalade to take home.
