We are very excited to welcome Andy “Low ’N’ Slow” Stubbs for the first guest chef collaboration with From The Ashes at The Five Points Courtyard. Enjoy an unmissable five-course feasting BBQ menu combining the knowledge of smoke, fire & flavour from these two big shot purveyors of the BBQ scene.
Andy has been on the BBQ scene for ten years cooking his way around the UK alongside some of the finest fire chefs around.
Andy specialises in Texas BBQ and Modern Mexican food, fusing his passion for British produce with partnering with small suppliers and farms to create exceptional dishes in the Birmingham area. Brought down to London to collaborate with Five Points Courtyard residents From The Ashes, this will be a phenomenal 5 course feasting menu available for one night only.
Guests will be seated from 6pm in The Five Points Courtyard, with food commencing from 7pm.
The 5 course menu will be as follows:
Beef fat toasted sourdough, smoked mushrooms, salsa verde. + Beef fat Sikil 'pak, corn chips, toasted sunflower seeds.
Beef & smoked cheddar empanada, chimichurri.
Smoked beef short-rib taco, salsa roja, pickled red onion, coriander.
Dexter steak, fire pit vegetables, smoked beef fat potatoes, heritage tomato pico de gallo.
Smoked cream strawberry Eton Mess.
You can expect high-quality, stunning cuisine that celebrates the whole animal in a fabulous setting.
Tickets are £60 for the 5 course tasting menu. Drinks are available to purchase additionally on site, featuring an array of craft beer, artisan cocktails, and natural wine.
Refunds of cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event. For this event, we are unable to cater for vegetarian and vegan diets, and unfortunately we cannot make changes due to dietary sensitivities. There will be dishes which will have gluten as part of the ingredients.
