In this workshop, you’ll be studying the intricacies of plants and learning how to draw detailed illustrations with Harriet’s guidance. All materials used will be sustainable and eco-friendly, and you will be able to take your drawing home in a biodegradable 'plastic' wallet.

The workshop will begin with a short guided meditation to get you feeling grounded and connected to nature, followed by some warm up drawing exercises to explore composition, shapes and shading. You will be drawing from the plants around you, tapping into all of your senses. This workshop aims to get you feeling present and brave enough to intuitively make marks, without erasing your progress. This workshop is all about embracing the process rather than fixating on the outcome.

It’s open to all levels, all you need is an interest in drawing and nature, for an evening of tranquility. The perfect way to relax after a long day.

Feel free to arrive early and grab some food before we start - the Street Kitchen at Barge East will be serving delicious treats all day.

Hope you can join us!

Really good sound. screen a bit small and needed more screens. Network coverage poor and couldn’t order food. Ordered at the bar in the end. Good food with sesame bun and delicious chips. Queues too long to get drinks. Needed more hands on the pumps. Range of drinks a bit poor! Loo floor flooded and no hand soap which was awkward as we were also eating. Fantastic potential by the water so come on folks please try a bit harder.
