Chef Alan Bird has teamed up with Pritesh Mody from World of Zing to tantalise your taste buds with the best of East meets West.
Alan has married the best of British with the most exotic chillies from Asia. You will try chillies such as Naga, super-hot with fruity flavour or Facing Heaven 7 Star, clean heat with citrus hint.
