Pip Lacey, the former Head Chef at the Michelin Starred restaurant, Murano, by Angela Hartnett and great British Menu Winner, opens her brand new restaurant, Hicce in central London in 2018. On the 14th November, Ealing local, Pip will showcase the brand new Hicce menu exclusively at Charlotte's W5 as part of our guest chef series.
Hicce, will be an open kitchen, wood-fired dining experience with a healthy refined and inventive menu and this is the first time ever that Pip will be previewing it. Her 'Taste of What's to come' menu will consist of 5 courses and is inspired by her future kitchen, with British, Nordic and Japanese influence. Guests will also receive a delicious gin based cocktail upon arrival.
This exclusive preview of the future central London hot-spot, will be taking place in the spacious, luxurious kitchens and restaurant at W5 and guests will have the opportunity to see Pip and the chefs at work in the open kitchen and drink and mingle with West Londoners, foodies and industry professionals alike.
