By purchasing a ticket and/or reserving a table for DUO Brunch, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking, Deposit & Confirmation

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Tickets/Bookings cannot be moved to alternative dates, and we are unable to transfer deposits or reschedule bookings once purchased.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you receive a confirmation email or message.

2. Payment on the Day

The deposit is paid at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event.

All remaining balances must be settled before the bottomless drinks service begins.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your booking and refusal of entry with no refund.

3. Bottomless Drinks Policy

Bottomless drinks are served for 90 minutes, unless otherwise stated. This may vary depending on the session booked.

Bottomless service begins from your allocated start time and will not be extended for late arrivals.

Drinks are served one at a time per person and must be finished before a new drink is served.

Bottomless drinks are available only to guests who have purchased a bottomless ticket/package.

The Venue Manager and staff reserve the right to pause or cancel bottomless drinks service to any guest if they believe the guest has consumed too much alcohol and/or is intoxicated, in line with responsible drinking and licensing requirements. This decision is final and no refunds will be issued.

4. Food & Menu

Food choices may vary depending on the brunch package selected.

Waffles and pancakes are subject to availability. Substitutions may be offered when required.

Management reserves the right to amend menu options where necessary.

5. Party Tickets

Party tickets are available for guests who want to attend for the atmosphere, entertainment, and music without the brunch package.

Party ticket holders are subject to the same entry requirements and venue rules.

6. Arrival Time & Seating

Guests must arrive on time for their booked session.

Late arrivals may result in reduced bottomless time and/or a shorter seating period.

Tables may be reallocated if guests arrive excessively late.

Seating arrangements may include shared tables depending on group sizes and event layout.

7. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellations and no-shows.

Tickets cannot be moved or transferred to another date.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit and booking.

DUO Brunch reserves the right to cancel or change an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is cancelled by DUO Brunch, guests will be offered either:

a rescheduled date, or

a refund of the deposit paid.

Any damage caused to the venue or property will be charged to the responsible guest.

10. Entertainment & Event Changes

DUO Brunch includes live entertainment such as a host, karaoke, music, and performances.

Entertainment, performers, and event features may change over time and are subject to availability.

DUO Brunch reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, entertainment lineup, or experience where required.

11. Media, Photography & Social Content

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
