The Real Kombucha Fermentation Masterclass, hosted by Urban Pubs & Bars, will delve into the topic of the fermentation of fine loose-leaf teas. We will showcase our three kombuchas, including Smoke House, with notes of caramel and apple, Dry Dragon, which pours similarly to a Sauvignon Blanc, and the floral and elegant Royal Flush. Alongside each of these kombuchas, you will have the opportunity to taste the teas from which they've been brewed. On top of that, you'll get to see how our kombuchas pair with a variety of foods, much like a wine tasting. At the end you can take a bottle of your favourite REAL variant away with you!
