This Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant, located beneath the grounds of Paddington Central, is a celebration of vibrant flavours, showcasing the very best contemporary Nikkei cuisine, which is based on the Incan tradition of sharing.
Expect an innovative menu, with Peru's much-loved ceviche dishes, as well as sushi and sashimi for the whole table to enjoy. Here you’ll find exotic main dishes and refreshing desserts. Look out for plates of grilled salmon served with seaweed and baked baby chicken drizzled with palamanca sauce.

Ayllu is a chic, elegant, low-lit and themed to the perfection restaurant with comfortable places to sit & unwind. Ayllu comes with a private bar, allowing you to skip the queue. The room also has a projector & screen should you be required to have a presentation. A microphone is also available if you need to make a speech of any sort. Lastly, there is a DJ deck, which can be connected via an aux cable, with a surround sound system. If you would like it connected to a laptop, the connection is USB & HDMI. Both connections are required for a laptop. The added benefit of hiring is your own bartender & waiter/waitress who will be dedicated to your party for the entirety of your event.
