Last chance; February 10th is the fourth and last night of Blues Kitchen's Rib Festival, bringing DJ BBQ to the kitchen, the 'Catertainer'! Wishing everyone to have a great time while eating, DJ BBQ spends his time spinning kicking tunes while serving them his delicious meats. Christian Stevenson learned his pulled pork recipe in Carolina, USA, favouring to cook it low and slow.
A stack of pork ribs will be priced at £13.90 and beef ribs at £16.50, southern sides from The Blues Kitchen team are available such as crunchy slaw, sweet potato fries, mac 'n' cheese etc. Also on offer is Big Wave, a light ale specifically chosen to compliment your choice of ribs!
