ABOUT THE ARTIST
The MOBO nominated musician Rod Youngs has established himself as one of the most expressive and versatile drummers on the contemporary music scene. For over two decades Youngs’ approach to music has been all embracing covering a wide spectrum of genres but remaining firmly rooted in the the jazz tradition. Music OMH magazine describes the London based drummer, composer as “supremely subtle and melodic...dynamic and powerful”.
A native of Washington, D.C. Youngs’ developed an appreciation and passion for music at an early age and that youthful zeal has given birth to a bountiful career in music. His consummate musicianship has garnered him a wide variety of work from concerts to recording sessions for radio, TV and film. And he has become the drummer of choice for a formidable array of artists including, Gil Scott-Heron, Sia, Courtney Pine, Hugh Masekela, Carleen Anderson, Natalie Cole, Bennie Maupin, Mica Paris, Denys Baptiste, Abdullah Ibrahim, Jazz Jamaica All Stars, and David Murray amongst many others.
In addition to performing with various artists Youngs’ has become a bandleader in his own right leading his newly formed trio “The Power Of Three”. The group features his long time collaborator and award winning saxophonist Deny Baptiste and the up and coming bassist Menelik Claffey.

Yonas Duches a.k.a SANOY is an Italo-Ethiopian London based DJ and musician with a particular influence for funk, disco, classic house and african music. His passion and musical exploration has developed him into a unique performer who’s bound to dominate the dance floor and catch attention with authentic and exciting music from around the world.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
