We want to help you organise your Party as quickly and efficiently as possible so we have put together this pack to help you have an enjoyable time instead of a stressful one! If you need to ask us questions that are not included in the pack below then feel free to email or call Andy and he will do is best to help you. Alternatively you can arrange a meeting with Andy our bookings manager to go through your personal requirements face to face.

General Info

Smart/ Casual dress code. Smart Trainers allowed no tracksuits, hoodies or hats! Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are strictly over 21's. [ID in the form of a driving license or passport will be required at front door if you look below this age-no photocopies are accepted]. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.. We do not have a guest list due to capacity limitations. If in doubt please arrive early! We cannot guarantee entry for your guests after half an hour after your booking time.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATECOMERS:

Cancellations need to be made at least 14 days before reservation date to receive a full refund of your confirmation deposit. Cancellation of any pre-ordered meals must be made a minimum of 5 days before the reservation date. Any cancellations later than this may result in full charges .Please be aware that if you arrive late this may affect the time that your food is served, and you will most likely end up waiting for courses. Please do ensure that you arrive promptly! Where possible the individual that made the reservation or a representative should arrive 10 minutes before the reservation time. PLEASE NOTE, HOXLEY AND PORTER RESERVES THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND EJECTION FROM THE PREMISES OF ANY PARTY GUEST IF IT IS FELT THAT GUEST IS UNRULY, BEHAVING BADLY OR INEBRIATED.

Hoxley & Porter’s Christmas menu is available from, 12^th November to the 23^rd December. Our set menu is available for intimate party bookings of 4 to larger parties of 30. Our buffet menu can cater for large parties up to 80ppl at £14 per head with 5 dishes of your choice or £16 per head for 7 dishes of your choice. For every 10 people, you get 1 bottle of complimentary Prosecco!

All food for Christmas parties must be pre-ordered a minimum of one week prior to your reservation. Your food bill must also be paid a minimum of two weeks prior to your reservation to confirm your booking. We will also ask for a £50 deposit to secure your booking, this will then be deducted from your total bill. There will also be a 12.5% service charge added to the final bill. If you have a lunchtime/early afternoon reservation with us during the Christmas period, please be aware that you may be required to move at a certain time to accommodate our evening reservations. If you would like to stay for the evening, please do let us know in advance and we will do our best to reserve you another area in the bar for the evening.
