Niyi is bringing his first instalment of Novice Kitchen Supper club to the beautiful Bubba Oasis rooftop terrace. The aim of Novice Kitchen is cultural enlightenment in the kitchen and beyond made simple so be prepared to be taken on a culinary expedition with big flavours inspired by different cultures, a warm and welcoming family style atmosphere.
The rooftop is fully weatherproof, so come rain or shine we will still have a good time.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Starters –
Burnt Aubergine with Spiced Plantain and Tahini
Charred Aubergine cooked in Soybean Paste with Plantain spiced in Cinnamon and Paprika topped with a Tahini dressing.
Balinese Jam Chicharrones
Crispy Pork bites marinate for 24hrs in Novice Kitchen homemade Balinese Jam and slow cooked for 8hrs then tossed through our honey, tamarind, Kecup Manis and Balinese Jam mix.
Mains –
Medley of Mushrooms & Gochujang Orzo
This dish is a fusion of East meets west inspired by our Novice Kitchen Gojuchup sauce. The orzo is cooked in our homemade shiitake Dashi, topped with a variety of mushrooms.
Dessert –
Chocolate orange gooey cake topped with handcrafted ice cream made in front of your sexy eyes by the largest ice roll brand in the UK, Bubba Ice.
Drink Special
– 1 Novice Kitchen Spicy Margarita on entry is included in the ticket (A take on the classic margarita brought to life by the Novice Kitchen Tropical Heat sauce).
- Additional cocktails, beers, wines & bubbles will be provided by Bubba Oasis separately at an additional cost.

If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
