IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Given the current COVID-19 pandemic attending any event with other people, not from your household carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. These include but are not limited to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or a similar such illness.

Rules:

You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times.
You must not attend if you are pregnant or a medically vulnerable person with the government's definition of the same.
You must follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by a member of staff. (Ask a member of staff if you are unclear.)
We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to attend. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before attending.
In order to conform with new regulations, each person at the venue must be allocated table seating for this event and you must remain at your table for the event, dancing isn't permitted.
You must follow the government guidelines.

Other rules:

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, attendance at our event is entirely at your risk.
You must use our sanitizer stations that are provided on arrival and around the venue for your safety and convenience.
Please respect one another's personal space and please keep your distance where indicated.
Table bookings only, please avoid close interaction with other guests outside of your group.
Please visit our brunch event only if you are not showing symptoms of Covid-19.

Please note:

There is no service at the bars, we will have a team of servers keeping your drinks topped up throughout the duration of the party, so your drinks and food will be brought directly to you. Table service and bottles available on the day.
Our staff will be provided with PPE for your safety and consideration.
Table service only to avoid queuing and to reduce contact with staff and customers.
In event of any changes in the government's guidelines and if these changes meant the event couldn't go ahead as planned a face value full refund would be issued. There will be no refunds on booking fees.
This is an 18+ event.
All guests are required to bring photo ID for entry.
Music levels will be lower than normal (86DB).
It is your responsibility to inform your guests of our terms and conditions as stated above.
By purchasing a ticket(s), you agree to our terms and conditions.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
13. Food pre order required for each guest attending.
