1. Our ball pits are for grown-ups only, so everybody needs to be 18+ and provide a valid photo ID to get in, no matter how old they think they look. If anyone in your group does not have one of the below forms of ID we cannot allow them to enter the venue and you will not be offered a refund for theirs or the group’s tickets.
No I.D, no entry. We accept original versions not photocopies or pictures of:
Valid Passports not expired or cut
UK and Foreign Driving Licenses passed or provisional
Foreign National ID Cards
We do not accept PASS cards or the Yoti app
2. Ballie Ballerson’s cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Up to 7 days in advance: We are able to refund or amend tickets.
Between 7 days and 48 hours before your booking: We can offer a reschedule, but no refund.
Post 48 hours: No refunds or reschedules are permitted.
If you book your ticket less than 48 hours before the event date the booking is non-amendable and non-refundable
In the event of forced closure by the government due to COVID-19, inability to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions or for those who receive last minute confirmation of possible COVID-19 contact, your ticket will not be eligible for a monetary refund. It can be rescheduled to a future date of your choosing.
3. Please check your tickets prior to the event date, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission to overly intoxicated guests.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
8. We have cloakrooms available in all of our venues and strongly suggest they are used to store personal belongings. Ballie Ballerson accepts no responsibility for the loss of any personal property.
9. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. Please note the rules of the ball pit are as follows:
a No jumping.
b No diving.
c There’s a hard floor underneath the balls—watch out for changing depths.
d Hold the handrail on your way in and out of the balls.
e Any aggressive behaviour will have you removed from the venue.
