Now Open

Rumour has it, Bianchi's has already scored 400 bookings before its doors have even opened. What makes it so special? Being the latest venture from cousins Dom Borel, Ben Harvey and Joe Harvey, Bianchi's is set to follow the success of its sister sites Pasta Ripiena, La Sorella and Pasta Loco, making it one hot ticket.

In the style of its predecessors, Bianchi's will place classic Italian eating at the forefront, adopting the essence of an authentic trattoria from its home in Montpelier. Guests can expect a laid-back feel with an emphasis on quality food and drink.

Space-wise, the restaurant has four separate areas, with a main dining room of 16 covers and a smaller area with a vintage record player that comfortably houses 12. Unlike any of the other restaurants in the family, Bianchi's will keep 6 tables free every night for walk-ins, instead of having to wait months in advance for a booking. Of course, with anticipation steadily growing we’re sure those will be equally as hard to snatch up.
