Listen up, rum enthusiasts: a swanky new on-site distillery and bar, offering over 150 different rums, has opened up shop on Park Street. Housed within a Grade II-listed building, The Bristol & Bath Distillery oozes warehouse-chic with exposed pipes, neon signs, bold furnishings and various graffiti wall art throughout. What's more, two working stills - a 200-litre working gin still and a 500-litre double retort rum - takes centre stage behind the bar.

As well as numerous rum-based cocktails, the bar will also stock a selection of spirits whilst the kitchen will host various street food residencies. Based across four floors, the watering hole boasts its own rum school, offering a regular rota of rum-tasting and cocktail masterclasses for groups of up to 40, and has private rooms available to hire.
