A Brighton staple when it comes to Guinness, the Fiddler's Elbow is an Irish pub known for their hearty fare, cracking prices and more than sprightly Summer street parties. While a cosy little boozer and one of Brighton's smaller pubs, what the Fiddler's lacks in size it makes up for in atmosphere…
Fiddler's Folk & Cider Festival
Description
Kicking off on Friday night, Fiddler's annual Folk & Cider Festival welcomes a colourful line up of live bands and guest ciders to keep the lovely people of Brighton entertained over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
On Friday, guests can sample dozens of guest ciders from Middle Farm to the sweet sounds of Coco & The Butterfields, as they deliver their unique 'Fip Fok'. The cider continues to flow into Saturday, as you get down on the dance floor to a soundtrack of fuck, rock, psych, soul and 45s from the wonderful DJs Harry and Jules.
On Sunday, it's time for the infamous Street Party, as Fiddler's take over Boyces Street to serve a hearty dose of face painting, apple bobbing, BBQs and ten hours of music from the UK's finest folk, roots and blues musicians. All washed down with plenty of real cider, of course.
