T&Cs

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    Well you asked for my review. Here is is. It's not a healthy one for you I'm afraid. The event was not as promised. The advertisement announced that there would be a karaoke at some section of the night. This didn't happen. This is not significantly important however. I am absolutely appalled that your company decided to capitalise on the bars' normal capacity and only allow for - what can I say - your bootleg or cornershop bootie. Your demand was one that forced the venue staff to turn the taps off, turn the pumps off, turn the everything off and more. So if course this meant, very capitalistically of you to charge £4.5O for a mini drink of vodka and coke that costs 69p in many of our Sunderland retailers, and charge £6.50 for a mini bottle of wine. The list goes on. You then hosted a night of bingo. Do your research. Sunderland has a history of girls and women loving bingo. Guess why? No mystery. They hope to win cash. And hey ho, you lot come to Sunderland and think we're all doing back flips over your crappy bingo prizes. A disco ball or an Abba cute out. Another lie. Your advertisement promised Huge Cash Prizes. Wow. I'm amazed at your fraud. You are a bunch of Butlins wanabees. In the innocent days, you're akin to a big time Del boy who got lucky. But you are far worse. How dare you come to a city that is dying on its knees and cream your profits without guilt or reproach. We all know that a business venture is risky. Some of us dream of making it, with honesty and integrity. We want to go forth. We do not want to rip our customers off. Your company is less genuine. Hope you sleaze bags sleep easy.

    Anna bingo it’s self was a brill night. But the venue was not so good. Queue for the bar was awful and when you got to the bar there was no alcohol no spirits at all bar was empty no soft drinks. Just bottle of £20 processco so that was a big disappointment, Tooting bingo has known for how long about the event. So why there was nothing to drink behind the bar is beyond me.
