It's time to crank the heat up to eleven, as The Sidewinder embarks on one of the hottest events this May Bank Holiday in Brighton.
Music is provided by the likes of Voodoo Love Orchestra and Son Pikkante, whilst the public are invited to get involved in a hot sauce contest judged by local food writers.
