Cider & Cheese Weekender

Cider's here to knock wine off its perch as the perfect wine accompaniment, at least if you’re dining in the Ancient Mariner. Proving their point in emphatic style this Bank Holiday weekend, head over to sample a fine range of real ciders from the Middle Farm close to Lewes, with an equally delectable choice of cheese boards featuring produce from Sussex and the rest of the south-east.
