Harby’s Bar and Diner is an all-day bar and restaurant from the Harbour Hotel on Brighton’s seafront. The menu is seafood-focused with American influences, and features plenty of fresh fish, meat and vegan options.
Favourites include the monkfish prosecco tempura, 16-hour beef brisket with pickled cabbage and mash, seafood burger with crab, prawn and scallop meat, and a selection of freshly baked pizzas.
