As festive cheer only just manages to keep spirits up from the decreasing temperatures, Sidewinder have had the bright idea of perking people up with a great weekend of ale and music. The Friday runs from 5pm to 1am and kicks off the event with some real oomph, with a cracking array of beer and food being offset with music by blues musician John Crampton. A festive atmosphere is guaranteed with a little help from a snow machine, and the scent of roasting marshmallows and chestnuts are set to envelop crowds in a jolly old hug.
