Each session content does rather depend on the content, but the main aspects of sessions are:
- A Body Scan (lying or sitting in a comfy position and noticing how each body part is feeling at that moment, guided in a structured way)
- Inquiry (checking in with everyone, opportunity for questions and answers)
- Mindful movement, various options (this can depend on the demographic/size of group/mood of group)
- Sitting meditation
