What they say:

What was once Thai Edge will now become Siamais, a new Thai restaurant and bar serving up cocktails and pan-Asian cuisine. The venue is split between the restaurant and the bar, with both sides separated by a curtain. The 100 cover restaurant will draped in luxurious décor, from hanging lanterns to bespoke shelving with Far Eastern accessories. The walls will also be covered in murals, channelling a heavy Siam style.

What we say:

Thai cuisine fans are about to be very happy because Siamais is set to be a Thai emporium. Split between a 100 cover restaurant and a 60 cover bar, there's a focus on Thai and pan-Asian cuisine, with food dishes hailing China, Vietnam, Japan, and each gaining a French colonial twist, as well as theatrical cocktails. While the interior is set to be impressive, the cocktail list plans to equal it, offering up to 60 mixed drinks. These will be served in bamboo glasses and teapots, which they hope will reflect the mysteries of Old Siam.
