Zumhof Biergarten

Now Open

Evidence that summer 2020 hasn’t been cancelled just yet has landed slap bang in the middle of Digbeth. Expect sloshing steins and bratwursts aplenty as Zumhof Biergarten throws opens its doors. Inspired by Berlin, this sprawling new venue is a wonderland of German beer, outdoor dining and live entertainment.

Importing unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell directly from Pilzen once a week, the pints here are as fresh as they come (without you actually hopping on a flight). There's also an additional 60 taps of rotating speciality beers, with local brewers making regular appearances too. And for when those hunger pangs kick in? You’ll be able to load up on meaty bratwursts and burgers, along with steaming slices of pizza courtesy of Rudy’s

Making the most of the outdoor space, safety has been brought to the forefront, so expect to see staff kitted out in PPE and social distancing measures implemented throughout. And once BoJo gives the green light? There'll be a jam-packed calendar of epic DJs, queer cabaret events and live art installations that are sure to knock your socks (or lederhosen) off.
