Enjoy a morning filled with movement, deliciousness and chats as we move, meet like minded people and indulge together! Move at Fly LDN as we complete an immersive yoga class, then Connect & Indulge at Amber for our social event. Amber is a modern restaurant & bar serving Mediterranean cuisine.
FLY LDN is London's multi-award winning immersive flow and low impact training studio. The studio chooses from beautifully crafted immersive flows set to soul-uplifting tunes and cinematic visuals to give you an immersive experience.
This class will take you through a powerful flow designed to make you sweat, mobilise and take a break from the City grind. Develop your practice, deepen familiar postures and challenge yourself to tackle progressions in a safe environment. A balanced complement to cardio, sports or resistance training and ideal for those with an established level of fitness. Not suitable for beginners or pregnancy.
This is a 'meet-up' where it is limited to 10 people for a more personal experience. We have reserved 10 spaces in a studios's class which is on their existing timetable. We also have a restaurant reservation booked for you at our social event. Choose your own food & drink for the social event as that is not included in the ticket. Our signature event, labelled 'WMSM X', are Xclusive events where we have private use of the studio class. Get ready for a buzzy vibe as this ranges from 18 to 35 people. Vanessa started these events with the idea of building a community of like-minded people interested in keeping active, trying new experiences, and connecting with new people . An advocate for practicing a balanced lifestyle, she wanted to make working out more fun and less lonely. Every Work Me Shape Me event takes place at a different location, with a different boutique fitness studio for a different work out and different social event after that ranges from brunch, dinner to drinks. Let's move, connect and indulge together!
T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations - The booking fee charged is non-refundable. We can offer a refund on the ticket if attendees inform us 5 days before the event. If attendees inform us 72 hours before the event, we are happy for them to use their ticket for a future event, provided it is the same value or they can pay the difference. Cancellations within 24hours of the event will not be able to refund or transfer the ticket to a future event.
8. COVID19 Policy - We advice attendees to be considerate during this uncertain time. Please take a lateral flow test on the day of the event. If you are unwell, we kindly ask they do not attend the event. If you can show that your lateral flow test is negative, we can refund the ticket to you or transfer the ticket to one of our future events. Please note, if you would like to refund your ticket, the booking fee charged is non-refundable. In the event we have to cancel or reschedule an event to comply with government rules and for your health & safety - you have the option to get a refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. Booking fees are non-refundable.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
