Navigate the City back alleys and descend the stairs of Colonial history to find Merchant House, purveyors of the world's finest rum collection and guardians of a slightly suspect stuffed creature or two.
Once settled with a Duppy punch in hand, you will be led on a whistlestop tour of the world of rum, from tots and Caribbean rum shops to gunpowder and ghosts. Then take up your tasting vessels and try a range of five very different rums. From a big, bold Jamaican spirit that packs a serious punch to a smooth, oaky, caramel rum from Barbados, a navy rum made from sugar from the banks of the river Demerera and an unusual aged white blend. Learn about the different styles of rum and map the flavour of each as you sip your way between islands.
With your highly tuned rum tastebuds, you can then blend your very own bottle of rum to take home with you.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
