POPdown at The Vaults

After the success of PopDown at Borough Barista, in which we were consistently voted one of the finest pop-ups in the city, we are delighted to welcome you to our newest version of POPdown, POPdown to the The Vaults.

Running from the 20^th October until January 2016 our very own Chavdar Todorov shall be at the stoves cooking up some of London’s finest dishes.

As with POPdown at Borough Barista, there shall be interactive elements along with sharing platters and plates, which are not as they seem this is a lot more than just dinner…

We shall be offering 4-5 courses showcasing the best of seasonal produce in this amazing venue underneath waterloo station! We also have a bar serving ‘Chefs cocktails’ designed by our chefs using modernist approaches to elevate these drinks to new levels.
