A Neapolitan restaurant headed up by Gugliemo Vuolo (a teacher at the esteemed True Neapolitan Pizza Association), O Ver extracts the purest seawater from the depths of the Mediterranean to offer dishes that are as delicious as they are rich with healthy benefits.

Don’t ask us to get into the scientific particulars, but we can confirm that O Ver serves a healthy array of Italian delicacies including wood-fired pizzas, homemade breads, fresh pastas, Neapolitan street food and vegan options. The restaurant also features a dedicated bar area, where patrons are able to pick between another Italiana spread of prosecco, spritz, organic wine and craft beer before they head for some dinner.
