The Signal wants to be a reflection of the needs of the local community. On any given day there is always a diverse mix of people to be found in The Signal, from mums with their babies to local musicians and artists at the bar; they believe that is what makes The Signal so special. They have a wonderful range of beers, a delicious and thoughtfully curated collection of wines, as well as seasonal cocktails.
Their food is simple and made with the best possible ingredients that they can find. They have an charcoal grill and rotisserie that is the heart of their kitchen, serving a selection of grilled meat and seasonal vegetables as well as out infamous rotisserie chicken. They serve lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
