Red Bar is a cocktail bar and lounge, housed on the third floor of South East Asian themed restaurant - Bam-Bou. The bar marries the bountiful flavours of the orient with the cocktail-loving decadence of London's Fitzrovia district. Guests can enjoy a selection of classic drinks, but the real winners here are the variety of South-East Asian inspired signature cocktails. Particular favourites include the 'Forbidden Garden'; a sumptuous mix of Remy Martin VSOP, Mandarine Napoleon, fresh basil, lime, orange and aromatic bitters, as well as the 'Bam-Bou Daiquiri' made up of Pampero, cinnamon liqueur, lime and caster sugar.
