Grape Vine Social is a unique dating experience that revolutionises how singles mingle. It was created in 2004 by a group of single professionals who wanted a more innovative way of meeting people, rather than speed dating or standing in a bar. Since then, Grape Vine Social has become the leading dating event organisers for wine tastings, Champagne, beer and cocktail dating events. Held weekly on Friday nights in bars across town, the events bring together around 40 singles for a night of tasting and dating. They have a pretty impressive track record too, with numerous marriages and gossip to account for from their nights! It's similar to speed dating but with a classier theme and a lot more fun; and without the factory-line feel. Grape Vine Social is held on a Friday night and the night includes 6 drinks with a little lesson on each (and for some Dutch courage), a group format with plenty of time to chat, and a quiz for some competitive fun. • Champagne Dating - Taste 6 different types of bubbly, a knowledge testing quiz to see if you can spot the different between Cava and Champagne, tasty tapas and a private bar open late.
• Cocktail Dating - Taste 5 freshly made cocktails by our resident expert mixologist to the stars, tasty tapas food, and mingling in a late night bar.
