Behind the magic int he kitchen is the Thai born Chef Lek who comes with over 20 years experience with the vibrant and spice laden cuisine. There's classic dishes like the Penang, Massaman, and Green curries whilst the Miso glazed grilled aubergines make a tidy sample of Japanese influence.
