Terms

Voucher is only valid for the experience listed above or the monetary amount stated, in exchange for services of equivalent value. This voucher can not be exchanged for cash. Subject to availability. The voucher can only be redeemed once. The voucher will not be redeemed after the expiry date.

1. Registration on our matchmaking site and a free telephone consultation are compulsory.
2. The voucher is only valid for the dinner date service.
3. The dating service is available for dinner (not lunch), subject to availability of the restaurant booking, an agreed date and time by both parties and compatibility based on our matchmaking model.
4. The option of attending a small Mixer Dinner Party with the same number of courses purchased on the voucher will be available if a dinner date is not booked within 10 months.
5. Additional items selected that are not from the set menu will incur an additional charge.
6. We have a 72-hour cancellation policy and the customer must call and e-mail their Matchmaker and call Mai Tai on 020 3603 5035 if this happens.
