What Is Stem And Green? 

Stem and Green is a natural flower farm growing sustainable blooms in the stunning setting of the Itchen Valley. The farm works with nature, not against it, producing flowers only when they're in season without relying on unnatural light or chemicals. The end result is three acres of gorgeous English garden flowers – some of which you won't find at your high street florist. 

What Is Stem And Green's Pick Your Own Bouquet Experience?  

With the pick your own experience, you're invited to roam the grounds, plucking as many flowers as you can fit into your bucket. By the end of the day, you'll have a handful of flowers that are totally unique to you. 

You're welcome to bring your own bucket to bring the flowers home in, but you can also purchase a bucket on the grounds for £1. 

How Much Does Stem And Green's Pick Your Own Bouquet Cost?

The prices vary depending on how many flowers you wish to pick: 

  • Small / kids bucket (10-15 stems): £12
  • Medium bucket (30-40 stems): £30
  • Large bucket (60-70 stems): £55

What Are Stem And Green's Opening Times?

  • Wednesday: 10am-3pm
  • Thursday: 10am-3pm
  • Friday: 10am-4pm and cafe open
  • Saturday: 10am-4pm and cafe open
