Introduction to Gut Health with Danielle King and The Mac Twins
So you've heard people talk about gut health or complained about their IBS, even been told to eat more fibre and probiotics but have no clue what all the fuss is or what on earth they're on about? Well don't fret, The Gut Stuff founders Lisa and Alana are sitting down with Manchester's own Danielle King to clear up all uncertainties and talk about why gut health is important and the impact taking care of your gut could have on your life and health.
The Gut Stuff will be taking over Manchester Technology Centre from Wednesday 20th February - Saturday 23rd, so make sure to come by anytime. To find out more about what else is going on, make sure to visit @thegutstuff on Instagram and our website thegutstuff.com.

The Gut Stuff was set up after twins Alana and Lisa (aka The Mac Twins, the Love Island DJs) became the “chief guinea pigs” for Professor Tim Spector and the Twin Research department at Kings College. They discovered that despite having 100% the same DNA, their guts have only 40% the same microbiota, which could explain why their bodies behave so differently.
Danielle King is a fitness and lifestyle blogger, content creator, designer and start-up. Her passion is to inspire women to do more, try more and work to lead a balanced lifestyle.
