We've partnered with the Salford Rum Company to create our new Manchester local special - and we'd love you to try it. We're inviting you and a lucky plus one to join us to celebrate the launch of our new local burger with enjoy some complimentary Salford Rum cocktails, delicious homemade lemonades, and DJ tunes.
Cocktail: Salford Honey Rum, homemade lemonade, fresh mint
Manchester local burger: Honest beef, bacon, cheddar, Honey Rum BBQ Sauce, shoestring fries, yellow pepper mayo, tomato, lettuce and onion
All burgers come with homemade rosemary chips as standard – or switch for coleslaw or salad.
This local burger was created by our Head Chef, Paul. Paul had an idea to create a burger that showcased the delicious versatility of honey rum from Salford. Turns out it’s a genius idea!
Honey Rum BBQ sauce: Our signature BBQ sauce enriched with Honey Rum, made in Salford with real Salford honey from Bee Corner. It’s sweet and smooth with a little boozy kick.
While the alcohol is cooked off during the preparation process, just let us know if you'd like us to remove the sauce.
Yellow Pepper Mayo: This is a mild and fruity scotch bonnet mustard mayo. It provides enough savoury warmth to balance the honey rum BBQ sauce.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
