Situated on Bridge Street, in the renovated Manchester Hall, Honest Burgers serve up 100% British beef patties - alongside vegan and veggie options - with their signature homemade rosemary salt chips. 

Coming straight from their own butchery, Honest use only chuck and rib cap in their burgers, chopping their meat rather than mincing it, to keep in the flavour and juices - and serve it medium rare (or however you like, if pink’s not your thing).

On the drinks front they keep things local with Manchester brew crew, Runaway Brewery, producing the Bridge St Pale just for them, also featuring in their ‘Just for Manchester’ local burger with Bury black pudding, mini roast potatoes and Runaway beer cheese sauce. Salford Rum and Honest’s own gin feature on the short but perfectly formed cocktail menu too.

With 3 floors and a sun-trapped terrace, Honest can cater for bookings of 8 people to 100 people, they also serve bottomless brunches every first Saturday of the month!
